Close button position not changing

    Hi there,

    I am having an issue where the close button location is not changing from the default setting (bottom left).

    I have changed this in the default template but it is not showing on the site. I have tried clearing all caches and it still seems to persist.

    Any help would be very welcome!

    Thank you for contacting us! I’m sorry to hear you’re having this kind of trouble on your site. I checked the site, but it seems there is no available popup published on the home page. I also saw that there is a MISS cache under the network tab.

    Could you please clear one more time the cache and disable the cache. After disabling the cache, kindly resave the settings of the popup theme to eliminate a cache conflict. After saving the settings of the popup theme, kindly clear your browser’s cache and test the page using a private or incognito window.

    I’m having the same issue as described in this ticket. I’m using the Light Box theme with the close box set in the top right corner. When my popup appears, the close box is near the bottom left corner and a very different style than appears in the Light Box preview. I have cleared all caches and also the browser history and I the close box is still near the bottom left. Any guidance you have would be much appreciated.

    Update: I just tried this again and the Close box is in the correct place now. Seems like there was a delay or something. Not sure, but all good now.
