Hey,
So I noticed that if a user closes a sales notification, it doesn’t pop back up, which tells me a cookie is being set for the dismissal of that particular notification.
Is this what the notification bar is supposed to do as well? Is this is a bug?
Also, how long is the default cookie set for? It would be nice to be able to set the the cookie expiration as admin.

@qeyduey,
Hi, there. Well, we actually have the option to ‘Permanently Close’ the notification Bar. You can enable this option from the ‘Content’ tab of NotificaitonX settings. Check out this screen record: https://d.pr/i/So1FJH
Please try this out and Notification Bar won’t show up on any other pages afterward. Let me know how it goes. Thank you
Hey @rafinkhan,
Thanks for that; however, that does the trick if I want to get rid of it entirely.
It would be great if we the admin could set the cookie expiration manually. For example, 24 hours, or 7 days; that way it still has the chance to resurface at a later date without feeling like a total nuisance to the user.
Is there some place in the code I could possibly adjust this myself?
Thanks in advance.

@qeyduey,
Hi, there. Sorry for the delayed response. I would actually take this as a feature request as it’s not available right now. Since modifying the code could lead to breaking the entire plugin, I would entirely advise against it actually.
Hopefully, this feature will be implemented in the future. Thank you for your suggestion.
@rafinkhan,
That would be amazing! Looking forward to it!
