Close Open Vertical Menu On scroll

Hi. Thanks for this great plugin. It is working fine to my website theme. But i have one problem. I am fixing my website bottom header as sticky. It contain a search bar and my all categories. But as my theme configuration the vertical menu of all categories is open. when i scrolling down the menu became fixed but the all categories vertical menu remain open. That block the view.
