Hi @agustinciar,
That’s odd behaviour, in general such issue occurs if there is a CSS from a plugin or theme overriding the image, however, I couldn’t find any such instances when I check the website nor I could replicate the issue on my system.
Could you please export the slide-in that you have created via the Hustle plugin and share the export file using Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services in the next reply, so that we could double-check whether its an issue within Hustle or a conflict so that we could guide you further.

I’m assuming its a slide-in created, so you can find the option to export under Hustle > Slide-in and clicking the gear icon for the respective slide-in as shown in the following screenshot:

The step would be the same for the popup, embeds etc You should be able to find the option to export for each popup/slide-in etc created.

This may be preventing the PopUp to work.
Do you have a full backup or a test/staging website?
If so, can you run a plugin conflict test following this flow:

I just deactivated Hustle plug in, but still the issue persists…. Is the issue not related to that?
How can it persist if the plug in is not active?

Hi @agustinciar,
If the plugin is disabled the functionality from it is no longer running and it shouldn’t have any further effects on your site.
Can you make sure that you have all your cache cleared, especially if you have some server side caching (you can check with your host about that) and see if the issue is gone after that?

Looks like this is a cache issue on your server end. When I check the link like this which avoids the cache, I do not see hustle running and everything looks good too. Hit the following link and check once: https://dramarialucchesi.com/?345678
Do let me know if that looks good. Also, if you have a staging environment, can you try to run Hustle Popup on that by keeping just one plugin activated and the default WP theme in it and check if the popup works?

I still can see an empty space… i clear cache and browsing data but still i can see it..

While I was able to see the issue at first it’s showing properly for me now and there’s no space in the footer.
Can you check in a different browser on your end see if it updated there properly for you now as well as it might be that some browser caching was left on your end after server cache was cleared.
