Hello Colome,
The plugin was made as simple as possible. Closing ticket is as simple as changing status of the posts of WordPress.
Just select the Post status to Closed from WP Admin, and the ticket wil be closed.

Could it be possible that the administrator be notified by email if you have a new ticket ?
Currently this feature isn’t available in the plugin.
If you are a developer (or know some developer), there is hook defined when a new ticket is created. You can use that hook to send the mail.
However, we are planning to include this feature in our next version.
