Closed live

Hey,

Something about “new entry” page.

Right now we can add new entries to even closed live blogs. With similar live relations from the past it is easy to make a mistake.

It would be great if only those currently active liveblogs on the website were available. Currently, all live relations (even closed ones) are listed, which causes a mess.

Some kind of change is possible?
