cloud optimize failed, original images deleted

Hello,

I had 50 PNG-Files which I wanted to bulk optimize, after adjusting the plugin and starting the images were not anymore in my media browser and no JPG was there either. It took about 5 hours to “complete” (i.e. delete) the 50 files.

Also, the Script says, there were 600 images optimized which is just not the number I selected (and my DB has stored 69 images including thumbnails)

I had to do everything manually and the plugin is useless for me as I learnt my lesson and will only upload optimized JPGs in future – is a refund possible? Would be nice.
