Ok, so that particular error message means that there was some sort of WP error in sending the image to the ewww.io servers. To find out more information, here’s what you need to do:

    1. Turn on EWWW’s debugging setting.
    2. Attempt to upload the image again
    3. If it fails, post the debug.log file from the plugin folder here (preferrably using pastebin, or a code block).

    Hi

    Here you go: http://pastebin.com/9bA3Z1G8

Please let me know if this isn’t what you are after.

Nope, I’m looking for an actual debug.log file that should have been created in the ewww-image-optimizer/ folder when you re-optimized the image.

Where can I access this? I do not have root access.

Usually, one would access that via your cpanel’s file manager.
