That’s a good question. APO should work without any issues. Polish (I guess) will not be applied, similar to how it is not applied to Image Resizing:
Polish will not be applied to URLs using Image Resizing. Resized images already have lossy compression applied where possible
Mirage won’t be applied either, because the images would be served mostly in AVIF/WebP:
Mirage will work with the following image formats:
.jpg.jpeg.png.gif.img
But, your best bet would be to ask Cloudflare support to confirm the above.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunatly, I was looking for a solution to improve adaptive sizing for mobile (and improve SEO rank), but my tests with this plugin failed for that. I will look for another way.

There’s a bug for adaptive images in the current version. If you’d like to give it another go – there’s a fixed “beta” version, which you can get here: https://github.com/av3nger/cf-images/releases/tag/1.5.0-beta.1
You’ll need to enable the “Parse page for images” and “Auto resize images on front-end” options.
