CloudFlare Flexible SSL Plugin with CloudFlare Plugin

If I already have the CloudFlare plugin enabled, do I also need to have the CloudFlare Flexible SSL plugin?

I ask why I was advised to install both, as the CloudFlare Flexible SSL plugin would be to prevent the execution of redirection loop problems on my panel.
