    Dear Support,

I decided to activate the Cloudflare full page caching through the SGO dedicated tab. I followed the procedure and authenticated the account. However, when i test a page which is not the homepage (e.g. one of the product categories), the test fails. The Test URLs for Cache Status tool says that the page is not cached.
Could you please help me to understand the reason, is there something wrong with the settings?
I have also tested the website with gtmatrix and i could not see any improvement in terms of TTFB… actually, the opposite i have recorded a severe reduction of performance. An overall loading time much higher, i moved from roughly 2.5s to 4.2s!
    Best regards.
    F.

The test checks for whether the Dynamic caching is working and not for the CloudFlare full page cache. If you want to test it make sure you load your site while not logged in and check for the headers, you should get a cf-cache-status: HIT if the page comes from the CF cache.

If you’re getting 2-4 seconds TTFB first there is something wrong with your website and second the full page caching is surely not working. I would recommend contacting a developer to check your site and troubleshoot it for performance and errors.
