    Hello Support,

I have configured properly the super page cache plugin, but it is not working.

    x-wp-cf-super-cache
    cache
    x-wp-cf-super-cache-active
    1
    x-wp-cf-super-cache-cache-control
    s-maxage=31536000, max-age=60
    x-wp-cf-super-cache-cookies-bypass
    swfpc-feature-not-enabled
    vary
    Accept-Encoding,User-Agent
    expires
    Thu, 28 Jul 2022 04:26:00 GMT
    cf-cache-status
    DYNAMIC

    How can I fix these?
I have disabled WP Rocket cache. Also, I have enabled Strip response cookies on pages that should be cached

How can I fix these? I will provide more details if you want.

    Thanks

At first, I used API Token for Authentication mode but it did not work. Then I used Global API Key for Authentication mode but it still did not work.

When I use Test Cache button, it did not show any response.

Page caching seems not working for both dynamic and static pages.

Error on dynamic page (https://vastushastra.in): The plugin is not detected on your home page. If you have activated other caching systems, please disable them and retry the test.

Error on static resource (https://vastushastra.in/wp-content/plugins/wp-cloudflare-page-cache/assets/testcache.html): Cache status: DYNAMIC – The resource was not cached by default and your current Cloudflare caching configuration doesn’t instruct Cloudflare to cache the resource. Instead, the resource was requested from the origin web server.

Please check if the page caching is working by yourself by surfing the website in incognito mode ’cause sometimes Cloudflare bypass the cache for cURL requests. Reload a page two or three times. If you see the response header cf-cache-status: HIT, the page caching is working well.

I got this response from the plugin when I used TEST CACHE. I cleared the WP Rocket cache and the test cache button worked, otherwise, the test cache button was not working.

Strip response cookies on pages that should be cached – I enabled this option but still cache is dynamic.

    Hello Saumya Sir,
The plugin is active in my website currently. How can I provide you my website credentials safely?
So you can check it by logging in. Thanks

Sorry, you cannot share your site details. But this might be happing due to WP Rocket or some other caching system you have at the server level. I would recommend to remove all other page caching system when using this plugin. As you cannot use more than one page caching system on a site.

For WP Rocket guideline you can check: https://gist.github.com/isaumya/d5990b036e0ed2ac55631995f862f4b8

But I would still not recommend using WP Rocket as it creates many other issues. Also there are great plugins that takes care of static file optimization like Autoptimize which you can consider.

First deactivate this plugin. Then deactivate and remove all other page caching plugin you have on the website along with if you have any server level page caching system like varnish. Then setup this plugin as fresh and it should work.

    Hello Sir,
I have disabled the WP Rocket cache plugin, but still, it is saying dynamic cache in the test cache.

    advanced-cache.php
Advanced caching plugin. Inactive: Requires define(‘WP_CACHE’, true); in wp-config.php file.

This is showing in drop-in plugins section.

Delete WP Rocket. Disabling won’t help. I know…. but that’s the case. Also make sure this plugin is also disabled. Then make sure there are no advanced-cache.php file in the /wp-content/ folder. Alco check your htaccess and make sure there is no rules added that are added by WP Rocket.

Once you have done these, then enable this plugin, set it up and and configure caching.

    Hello Sir,

I disabled and deleted WP Rocket.
Removed all rules of WP Rocket from htaccess.
    Deleted advanced-cache.php.

But it is still saying dynamic cache when testing cache.

Please let me know how this is happening

    (@isaumya)

OK. Now as I can see the plugin is working as expected which is good and everything is working. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/assZJC9.jpeg

Now coming to cache-status DYNAMIC, can you share a screenshot of your page rules section from Cloudflare dashboard?

Cause I think you are having the same problem as mentioned here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/not-detected-but-is-installed/

The reason why I am asking for your help is that I have already configured This plugin on my three previous websites. And there is still WP Rocket activated and all are working fine.

But I am getting issues on this website only.

    (@rockeygamer)

I checked your reference article and I think I have the same issue.

    (@isaumya)

Yup! As expected the exact same problem. Checkout this reply: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/not-detected-but-is-installed/#post-15866489

    Your problem will be resolved.

    Plugin Contributor iSaumya

    (@isaumya)

And there is still WP Rocket activated and all are working fine.

    – If you want to use WP Rocket with this plugin, Check this guide: https://gist.github.com/isaumya/d5990b036e0ed2ac55631995f862f4b8

which I have already shared above.

But again, I would personally suggest not to do it. As WP Rocket creates a lot of problem and drastically reducing the cache HIT ratio.

There are many great alternative plugins for static file optimization. Cause if you use WP Rocket with this plugin that all you are going to use that for. Static file optimization. So, why not use something like Autoptimize which works really well and also an open source free plugin.

    Can I use perfmatters?

    Thanks, really appreciate your help!
