    Hi

I assume Cloudflare Proxy is mandatory, but maybe you can get it also to work using the API. 🤷‍♂️

Using “App for Cloudflare®”, does the website get cached with Cloudflare when it’s not proxied through Cloudflare?

Most Cloudflare functions do need the traffic to be proxied (if they never see the traffic, Cloudflare cant do backend magic like serve from its edge cache).

Some services (like storing WordPress Media in R2), technically doesn’t require traffic to be proxied. But guest page caching does require proxing traffic since it needs to see the requests in real-time to do it.
