Cloudfront for theme files

Is there a simple way to get this plugin to use the CloudFront CDN for theme files (.css, .js, images, etc)?

I can configure my CF to have multiple sources so that /wp-content/upload/* comes from S3 and /wp-content/themes/* comes form my site, but I need the plugin to do the URL replacement.

Has anyone done this?
