    i got my printer tody, and followed the online guides, but no results in the dashboard of my woocommerce

    If you have followed the set-up process, but the printer does not show up on your site, then something is preventing communication between your printer and web host.

    The most common cause of connectivity issues with an mC-Print an https security limitation. Web hosts with very strict security settings may block connections from mC-Print printers with older firmware (version 3.0 or later is recommended).

    You can install the Star “mC-Print Utility” from the Google Play or Apple App stores to check the firmware level of your printer and also update it to the latest version.
