Cloudwok Redirect Not Working

I am having a problem with their redirect after image upload and send. My Client for the website, http://www.curbappealphotoediting.com/upload-images/, uses the Cloudwok service to allow users, without login, to download multiple images to a specific Dropbox folder from which, once received, he enhances said images and returns them to his user client(s) for a fee.

Since the redirect is not working, the user is required to click on a Link at the bottom of the image upload page to go to the payment page cart.

I want to use the redirect feature in Cloudwok to send the user directly to the payment page cart in the website, once the user clicks on Upload & Send.

I was able to get this to work at one time but now it does not. I have requested a fix, via a direct support ticket #2213 to Cloudwok with no follow-up response from them.

Any ideas for a fix.
