cm-row static height issue

After updating every content page on my website (built with a block editor thing in WP) is showing all the content overlapped with the footer and everything smooshed together.

After some digging into the DOM it appears that inside the cm-content tag and then inside the cm-container is a cm-row and instead of having a variable height it is statically set to 76px which is no where close to tall enough for my content and causes it to run into the footer and off the screen at the bottom.
