… not only can i not put the logo where i want, it scrolls off the screen w the body text!

(you really didn’t put a lot of effort into this, did you?)

Yes, it is supposed to scroll with the website, see our demo https://niteothemes.com/cmp-coming-soon-maintenance/?theme=stylo , fixed header does not make sense here.
