CMS Tree Page View breaks Gravity Forms?

    CMS Page Tree View Version 1.2.14

    Started having problems with Gravity forms recently. Disabling plugins one at a time on three different websites, it’s pretty clear that CMS Tree Page View conflicts with Gravity Forms. I like CMS Tree Page Views a lot, but I can’t justify it in place of GF.
