COD not appear

    I just install smart COD plugin, the problem is when I go to woocommerce/setting/ there is no check out or setting tab for this plugin appear.
    I use latest version of wordpress

    Hi,
    You have to go to default cash on delivery settings.
    Woocommerce/settings/payments -> cash on delivery -> manage

    NO check out or setting TAB appear but when I try to purchase COD button do appear at check out page.
