COD payment hidden

    Hello!

    There is a bug probably that if the GLS delivery to address is selected the COD gets hidden on the checkout.

    I have the GLS selected in the COD settings in WooCommerce and I have the newest version of your plugin 1.3.3 and the newest version of WooCommerce 10.4.0.

    Could you take a look into this?
