COD Unavailable Message Translation

    Hi,
    please inform me how can I translate the “COD Unavailable Message” string.
    I am using WPML but the specific string is not listed.

    Hi,
    additionally it seems the “You can define different messages per reason” option is not working properly.
    The message appears as “General Message” although it is declared as “Unavailable due to a restricted cart amount”.
    The result is that customers see the specific message but they shouldn’t, because COD is restricted to them for other reason (e.g. Restricted Shipping Zone)
