    Hi there.

First – thank you for the amazing plugin, it is doing a great job for us.

However, maybe a stupid question but once I’ve added the shortcode to our website, I am putting it in a text box, how am I supposed to set, ie. css or js with it? I tried couple of times but without any success.

And one more question – is there any other shortcode attributes except the ones already mentioned (size, subject, subjext_prefix, group, assignee and redirect). Moreover, am I able to change the translations without changing the whole table that you shared in the previous topics?

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Hi @hhristoff, glad you’ve found the plugin useful!

Setting custom CSS/JS for the form will depend on your theme and how the text box has been setup. If you’d like to send me a link to the page which shows the form I’ll see if I can offer any advice.

Regarding the languages, I think they will only show in the plugin if all strings have been translated. Then it will pass to the WordPress translation team so they can approve it for download. Which language would you like to add? I’ll see if we can help with the translation.

The shortcode currently offers the following attributes:

size‘ – textarea size for description
users‘ – whether to grab user data or not
    name‘ – pre-fill name (example)
    email‘ – pre-fill email
subject‘ – pre-fill or remove subject (set to “no” to remove)
description‘ – pre-fill or remove description (set to “no” to remove)
subject_prefix‘ – prefix subject when sent to Zendesk
subject_suffix‘ – suffix subject when sent to Zendesk
group‘ – custom field group – defines the fields displayed in this form
redirect‘ – url to redirect after successful submission
assignee‘ – default assignee for ticket

If you have any other questions just let me know.

    Phil
