Could you send us the troubleshooting again? The previous one is no longer available.
Also, could you let us know how did you emebed the shortcode in the home page? Do you use any other shortcode in your homepage? Does the widget work elsewhere? Did you try it with another theme?

I embedded the shortcode through WordPresss Customizer.
There’s no other shortcode on my homepage and there were no previous issues with the widget on homepage.
I have the same widget on multiple other pages on my website with no issues, all working perfectly.
I didn’t think to try it with another theme although I’m hesitant to do so incase I mess up my current page layout!
