Code example snippets with “expand” not expand

    I wonder how do I make an example line like

    [expand title=”My heading” tag=”h3″ trigclass=”narrow_h3″]…[/expand]

    not expand?

    I have packed it in 

    ..

    or .., do not work. I have tried Easy Code Manager but no success. So I renamed it to “_expand”, not very elegant!
