    The opt-in form shows in ‘Form design’ but the short code does not appear in ‘Form placement’.

    I have the email solution correct with iContact.

    Where does the code display when completed?

    There is no unique shortcode. Simply placing ‘[optinform]’ on your post or page will output the optin form, as you’ve saved it in Form Design.

    Does that make sense? 🙂
