Code is showing on hover

I’ve used the plugin on this site before without issue. After moving to a new server, it’s now showing code for the image on hover – if you hover quickly, it doesn’t show up but if you stay there for a few seconds you get the code. I’ve set title and alt text – is there any way to get that to show instead of this code?
