Code Isn't Styling

Can anyone tell me why code isn’t styling on my tutorial site?

• I see js and css files are loading so I can’t quite track down the issue.
• Another hint is the shortcode is not generating html table for code highlight. Which I saw on backend highlighter sample just under the save button.

I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin but didn’t worked.
