code loading when not needed

    Two questions:

    The code for the audio player loads on every page, even pages where it’s not needed. How do I configure the player to only load the code and style sheets with pages that actually have audio players?

    Also, I can’t find the setting to activate the mb.miniAudioPlayer button in the post editor, where is it?
