    Hello hope you´re doing good, im having this issue, some woocommerce orders are failing and can´t see the reason because the “View details” button prompts an empty screen as shown in the image below, but the main issue is the email failing.

    I hope you are doing good.

    Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are facing. It might be possible that your mailing account is not sending any response or there is any connectivity issue. Please reset the plugin by following these two steps and reconfigure it with your new credentials/keys.

    If the issue persists please share the diagnostic and connectivity test report along with the information of email log of your mailing account to our senior technical team for examination.

    Who’s your hosting with? I’m experiencing the same thing along with intermittent sending and I’m using Kinsta. Something might be up on their end and they’re investigating now.
