    Hi,
    Just installed the plugin on client site and all went smoothly, but wondering if it’s actually working. I’ve read a few other support posts on similar topic but didn’t find answer, so wondering if you can please confirm for me.

    I can’t see the recommended script in the source from FAQ on your plugin page: /wp-content/plugins/reduce-bounce-rate/js/analyticsjs.js’>

    But I do see the following in the head:

    <script type=”text/javascript”>
    var trackScrolling=false;
    var trackScrollingPercentage=false;
    var ScrollingPercentageNumber=25;
    var stLogInterval=10*1000;
    var cutOffTime=900;
    var trackNoEvents=false;
    var trackNoMaxTime=false;
    var docTitle=’Bike Carriers’;
    </script>

    Does this mean it is working or can you please suggest any fixes if not working:

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    You can’t see the link to my plugin because you are caching and minifying the javascripts (including the ones of the plugins you are using).

    But the code is there and you’ll see some bounce rate drop in Analytics when you check tomorrow or the day after.

    In your page’s source code, click on the link https://www.roofrackworld.com.au/wp-content/cache/minify/a4c51.js (line 885)

    and do a search on that page for stFailbackDefaults. That’s the second part of the script you are looking for.

    Cheers!

    Ok great, thanks for checking… great prompt support!

    I’ll keep an eye on the GA bounce rate over the next few days and hopefully it shows some improvements. Then I’ll leave a review…

    Thanks again.
