    Hi there,

If I try to add a code to a specific post type (Archive & Posts), and select the custom post type, like in my case “recipe” the code does not show when going to view page source, however it I set it to site wide then it does show.

Any way I can set this so the code only shows for the specific post type?

I’ve also tried to set it to the WooCommerce shop page, but that also does not show when viewing the page source.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,

We just tested this on our end using both a custom post type (like your “recipe”) and the WooCommerce product post type everything is working as expected.

To ensure the code works properly, please make sure of the following:

    1. In the Site Display setting, select “Specific Post Types (Archive & Posts)”.
    2. Then, in the Post Types field, make sure the correct post type is selected (e.g., recipe, product, etc.).

Once this is set correctly, the code should only display for the selected post type’s archive and single post pages. If it’s not showing, double-check that the post type slug you selected matches the one registered in your theme or plugin.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the quick response.

I did this quick video to show you that it is not working for me:

    https://jumpshare.com/s/TE1U7xqLlJbF5tXBUP7u

While doing the video, it came to me to inform you that I am using Divi and their theme builder to build these archive pages. Could this be the issue? If so, its there a way around it to display the code only on those archive pages while using the Divi theme builder?

    Thank you.
