Code Shows on Every Page

I used this plugin to insert google webmaster authentication code on my header. With the latest update of wordpress, the code shows at the bottom of every page. I tryed unistalling the plugin, the theme, the pages, with no luck, the code keep showing everywere.

Which file i have to edit to remove the code? Or how do i remove it?
