Code Snippet: Partner ‘Custom domain’ feature

Hi there,

I’m registered as a partner in GloriaFood and will buy a custom domain, but I have a question on how to bring a sign-up feature to my own WordPress site and not just in the custom domain page.

I read in an admin article I have to use/create a form on that other site where on button click it gets the restaurant name, in this example ‘test’, put it in the end of a pre defined link and redirect to a link like this to get directly inside sign up, forming a string like this: https://www.yourcustomdomain.com/admin/public/register?restaurant_name=test

Can you provide a code snippet so that it can work on the click of a button? Also, it would be interesting not to redirect to the link but to open a pup-up, exactly like in the GloriaFood website, if possible.
