Code to change Payment Method

    Hi.
    I’m using the plugin “booked” to manage appointments. It is integrated with Woocommerce to allow customers to pay for the appointment online.

    The plugin allows in the admin section to view the payment status of each appointment of a day (based on the respective Woocommerce Order Status), and has a button for unpaid appointments to “Set as Paid”.

    What would be required to enhance this that before the order is set as paid, the payment method is changed? Eg. when ordering the payment method is set to “Pay at location” but at the end it should be “Card”.

    Hi there,

    Sounds like this might be a question for the developers of “Booked” instead.

    With that said, the only option that I can think of would be to manually ensure that each order is individually changed before changing the order status. You can do that by editing the billing details for that order:
