code to change theme

Have a site hosted at go daddy. I installed a new theme and it cause the site to lock up including the admin panel. The provider of the theme told me that I needed to be installed on a server with php5.4 The godaddy site is now running php5.2.
What line of code do I need to edit to remove this theme and revert back to an old theme?
I am able to edit the code with through FTP

Where do I find the folder “themename.BAK” ?
You will not find it unless you already renamed your current theme folder to it.
