Thw website was down for three days. You answered that you removed my review because it was false…It wasn’t. You didn’t renew your domain. That’s unprofessional and deflection…Just take responsibility. It literally happened.
Anyways, We purchased this product ages ago and still aren’t able to activate it. Received no answer to that part.
Does this get fixed or do we have to request a refund.
@mykkal As this is a dispute and/or support request regarding a paid plugin, please take it to the developer’s site. You’re using a commercial/premium plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.
