coding for a wordpress table in footer Minimatica

    Hello

    In minimatica theme I have inserted a html table into the footer.

    Its at the bottom of the page and contains a music player as well as social media icons etc.

    Does having a html table cause any problems?

    truthfully I would rather have wordpress coding here for a table. How could I put wordpress coding here instead of html? I have tried various plugins and manageed to get a table using the WP-tabular plugin. I can get a table on a page but cannot put this code into the footer.

    How could I get the coding of this page into the footer file?

    First off, you should be using a child theme – so that your changes are not lost when the theme is updated –

    Tables aren’t really good coding for layout – better to use CSS – someone can likely help you, but get the child theme set up first.
