• When you are writing a post and edit a link there is a little popup dialog where you type the URL. It used to be that there was a cog icon you could click to get more advanced settings. Recently that cog button has disappeared so I cannot get to the more advanced settings. How do you get that cog icon back?

  • I can see the cog on a default installation with no plugins & just the bundled themes ( TwentySeventeen selected ).

Maybe one of the plugins or themes that you installed recently as it vanished is messing with the Admins css ?

Thanks for the suggestion. I disabled all plugins and the cog icon came back. Reactived the plugins one by one and narrowed it down to this plugin:

This plugin was working before but does no work with WP 4.8.2 it seems. Any idea what would be causing this behavior?
