Collaboration forms

    Dear all,

    is the following possible in WP (with or without an add-on):
    A few registered users have access to a common form in which everyone should fill in ‘their’ fields. Not every user can see all the fields. When all the fields are completed, the form is, for example, sent to an email, archived, etc.
    There may be more than one active forms at the same time.
    I hope I wasn’t too confusing.

    Hello @marko76

    I’m not currently aware of a plugin that can do what you are asking, but the closest thing that comes to mind is google docs. Perhaps this may work for you till you find something more suitable. Google docs has plenty of features though, I’m sure with some tweaking you can get it to do almost everything you need.
