Collapse o matic returning PHP errors

Hello. I am using latest version of Collapse o matic.

Trying to add to footer.php using the following snippet:

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[expand title=”Read More” swaptitle=”Read Less”]’ test ‘[/expand]’);?>

This is returning different PHP errors with reference to the word “test”. Can you shed any light on this?
