Collect Data in 2 Steps (2 different Forms)

    Hi,
    is it possible collect data from client in 2 steps?
    for better understanding wha i mean, here the workflow:

    1. Form with basic data (name, email, ….)
    2. Mail to client with link to second form included the data from first form
    3. second form with more data fields
    4. Mail to client with sumary from 1. and 2. form
