    Hi Alexander,

Thank you for your WordPress plugin. I am hoping that I can use it successfully for a Professor’s project at the college I work at. In going through the process of setting up a new test I have a couple of questions that I cannot resolve myself so I thought I would post them on the support forum. This is my second question:
is there a way that I can create a question that collects text entry from the respondent. For example. If I create a question such as “In what ZIP CODE does the child you will refer to in this questionnaire CURRENTLY live?” can your WordPress plugin allow the repentant to enter something like “04011”? So far I have only been able to create questions that have explicit (pre-made) answers.

    Thanks in advance,

    Paul Benham

    Hi Paul!

Yes. It’s a “custom fields” addon:

Add custom form fields to test like: name, email, sex and etc. Denote required/optional fields. Place fields before or after questions.

Thank you for your quick response.
I’m a little unclear about how I would go about purchasing the add-ons. Do we just send a payment to your PayPal account?
We currently only have one site so I would assume that the we would need #9 (Question Sections for $4.99) and #1 (Custom Fields for $4.99). Is that correct?

    Thanks

    Paul, yes.

Then I will send them two for bowdoinimg.net.

@ustimenko Alexander, In future can you reinforce that people contact you for these kinds of discussions?
