    Hello,

The issue is related to attribute terms count in “Filter by attribute” block. Since 7.8 update, collection-data fetch link (ajax request) takes very long time to load (6 seconds +). Tested it on Storefront theme with woocommerce plugin only installed. I also regenerated product lookup table data.

I got 12000 variable products, but doubt this is the issue because version 7.7.2 worked great. In 7.7.2 version i could also include category id as url search parameter (?category=id) and collection-data returned attribute terms counts narrowed to this specific category. Newest version completely ignore category search parameter.

    Hello @wojtekny,

    Thank you for reaching out!

On my test site, the filter is very responsive, maybe because I don’t have a big number if products on in test site.

If you can verify that this issue can be reproduced with only WooCommerce and Storefront, then please feel free to report it directly to the developers from this link: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-blocks/issues/new/choose
