@catmaniax You’ll need to open this one as a bug report on our GitHub so it can be worked properly by our developers:
https://github.com/pods-framework/pods/issues/new
Since that’s a premium plugin, it also might be easiest for you to open a bug report with them as well for the conflict and reference our bug report. Can you confirm also in your bug report if it’s only Ultimate Member or is it other plugins as well? (you said above colors of the info bubbles on “some other plugins are not shown as they should”)
Since we’ve not heard back from you, I’m going to go ahead and close this ticket. If you’re still having the issue, please create the GitHub ticket as requested above. Thanks!
Hello, sorry for the late reply.
No, I still haven’t found a solution yet.
Ultimate Member is not a premium plugin, maybe you could test it out?
Hello again.
I’m bringing this up again because the bug still hasn’t been fixed.
Can you please look into it?
Please let me know.
Thanks!
@catmaniax Please see the note above about our GitHub Bug Ticket flow.

That is the appropriate way to address this issue. We do not handle bug reports in the WordPress Support Forums, as it’s impossible to take them to resolution, especially if they involve another plugin.
I’ve also just installed this to see if I see what you’re seeing and Ultimate Member doesn’t have any tooltip prompts on the page you were showing (Ultimate Member, Settings, Appearance, Profile). The only place I found Tooltips was on the list of Forms, User Roles & Member Directories and those tooltips looked normal to me, but I only have Pods & Ultimate Members installed in my test.
My suggestion: Take a look at the tooltips in your Developer Console and see where the conflict is coming from. It may be another plugin or your theme. If you’re still seeing a conflict, please follow our Bug Tracking process as outlined above.
Thanks!
Thanks for the reply.
Did you install Ultimate Member from the WordPress repository?
If yes, then there are no tooltips in that version.
I was talking about their new upcoming version which can be downloaded here:
https://ultimatemember.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/ultimate-member.zip
They just released a newer version (2.0.2) but the bug is still there… 🙁
@catmaniax I hate to keep repeating this message to you, but we have a well defined bug tracking process. I really need you to open this particular issue there and route the developers of the Ultimate Member plugin to the same place, especially since we’re now talking about plugins that aren’t available from the ww.wp.xz.cn Repo:
@catmaniax You’ll need to open this one as a bug report on our GitHub so it can be worked properly by our developers:
https://github.com/pods-framework/pods/issues/new
This is the appropriate method for working these kinds of issues and I’m marking this ticket resolved.
Ok, I’ll open a thread there.
I already opened a thread at github, but I just wanted to add that I found the same bug with another plugin as well, so I guess there will be more that use that interface.
The plugin is “Post SMTP”, the continuation of the old popular Postman SMTP plugin.
Here’s its settings with Pods enabled:

And this is with Pods disabled:

Hey, I was wondering…
Have you manage to see this for yourself?
Yes, that’s how I was able to confirm and provide details to the other plugin that you escalated on the other issue. Also this is why we try to keep things on our GitHub because trying to chase down all these conversations in the forums is near impossible:

Nice, thanks.
Hopefully it can be fixed in the next Pods udpate.
That’s how that usually works, yes, if we can find out exactly how it’s conflicting. Since the other plugin didn’t provide how they fixed it, we pretty much have to pull it from scratch.
