Color differentiation when using clouds shape divider?

According to chrome extension color picker both section’s are #f9f9f9, so not sure what is happening, lol.
Image 1 – Showing the issue in Elementor, the color is clearly a different grey
Image 2 – Showing background color of the section above the cloud divider
Image 3 – Showing color of the cloud shape divider
Image 4 – Live site section/divider
Image 5 – Inside photoshop with color picker colors
This is so incredibly strange, I’m actually not certain if this is some kind of optical illusion? Lol
This is also a new issue as it was fine a few patches ago, not sure when it broke though.
