Color Plugin , Theme – Light & Dark & Snappy

I’m looking for a plugin that can give me access to or give me the power through customizer to utilize more colours, a wider palette of colours to customize my themes as many themes out there only give you access to changing it with one or two options. I also want the ability to change the look from white background to black and black text with everything else intact.

I also want a plugin to let me change the colour of my dashboard other than the colours ww.wp.xz.cn gives you. I had a plugin or two like that but I lost it too. Never kept it because I didn’t know it was rare. Same wp dashboard but different colours as the left side section like “Midnight” and “Chocolate”

Also the link to the ww.wp.xz.cn theme, “Snappy” is broken. I have been trying to download it to use. I had it before but never used it and deleted it by mistake. I would really love using that theme on my blogs. Please assist.
