Color & Size missing from feed XML

    hi,

    I’ve set up a Google Shopping feed, but looking at the resulting XML file, Color and Size are missing. I uploaded it to my Google Merchant account and it confirmed this with errors Missing value [color], Invalid value [size].
    .

    In field mapping the GOOGLE SHOPPING ATTRIBUTES are mapped to VALUE as
    g:color > Color (Dynamic attribute)
    g:size > Size (Dynamic attribute)

    The log file is https://dontwait.shop/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/logs/debug.log

    Please could you advise how to fix it?

    Hi Doug,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear the color and size fields are not showing in your Google Shopping feed.

    Changes are big that the color and size attributes show under a different name in the drop-downs on the field mapping section. Did you try to look for other attributes in the drop-downs that have “color” and “size” in the naming? Usual suspects “pa color” and “pa size”.

    Yes I already looked and tried all the other options in the drop downs, which are
    Woosea color (Custom attribute)
    Woosea size (Custom attribute)
    Color (Custom attribute)
    Size (Custom attribute)

    Previously I had tried a different plugin Woo Feed. Their plugin generated color and size with the default settings and showed up in the xml as <g:size>
    <![CDATA[ M ]]> <g:color> <![CDATA[ Black ]]>

    But their plugin couldn’t upload shipping, so I switched to yours plugin. Do you have any further idea how to solve it? Thank you.

    Hi,

    I am pretty sure there are still other attributes in the drop-down such as “Pa size” and “Pa color”, did you try them all?

    hi,

    Yes I think so. I don’t see Pa size or PA color.

    There are lots of theme related items in the drop down list, but they don’t look relevant.
