    Hi @robertfdn,
    Thank you so much for using our theme StoreCommerce.
    Actually, we have this option on the premium version of it. You can purchase the premium version and get tons of added features on it. However, you can put the below CSS codes on Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, 

    .top-header {
    background-color: #f88c00;
}
