Setting API is not allowed on theme nowadays. So author moves the Theme Options setting to Appearance > Customize.
Have a look there. IF not found, feel free to ask.

No, the actual previous settings that were applied using Theme Options are rendering. Before the update there was an option under Appearance for Theme Options. It has now completely disappeared.
Yes, i know the Theme Options Setting is not appeared there. Theme author move all the theme options settings on Appearance > Customize because, wordpress dot org not allowed theme options on theme nowadays. So theme author change the Setting API ti customizer API. You can find all the necessary settings to Customizer.

Ok thanks for clearing that up.
Although I’m baffled at how it has kept all my custom css. I cannot find anywhere now to edit my custom css.
Can you please point me in the right direction?
Install the Customize Custom CSS plugin. and Go to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS and Write the custom CSS here. If preview is fine, click on save and publish button to save the changes.
